Welcome to TipChecks. By using our website and subscribing to our Verified Partner Membership, you agree to the following terms.

1. The Certification Audit Service

  • The Verified Partner Membership provides a professional manual audit of your business’s tipping policies.
  • To receive a Certified Badge, you must provide proof of your policy (e.g., POS reports or payroll statements) for our team to review.
  • TipChecks has the final authority to award or deny a badge based on the accuracy of the documents provided.

2. Fees and Billing

  • The membership fee is $19.99 CAD per month (or the current annual rate).
  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the manual administrative work required for the Certification Audit, all fees are non-refundable once the audit of your documents has begun.
  • If you cancel your subscription, your Certified Badge will be removed from the public map at the end of your current billing period.

4. Integrity and Badge Revocation

  • You represent that all information and documents submitted for verification are 100% accurate.
  • TipChecks reserves the right to revoke your Certified Status and remove your badge immediately if we find your policy has been misrepresented.
  • No refunds will be provided for badges revoked due to a breach of these terms.

5. Data Security

  • All verification documents are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
  • Documents are stored in a secure, encrypted environment and are used solely for the purpose of the audit.
